Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a very significant role in the economy, can even be said to backbone of economy. However, MSMEs are precisely sector hardest hit by Covid-19 pandemic. Digitalization creates new opportunities for FinTech, one implementations digitalization should pursued used MSMEs. Using path analysis processed using Partial Least Square (PLS), this research aims identify how Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology (UTAUT) works on Adopting FinTech The Outer Model Inner reflect that model work. outer loading value ? 0.7, AVE 0.5, Cronbach's Alpha 0,70, correlation 0.50; Composite Reliability 0.6, R-Square 0.716 it. regarding factors influence intention use, it is different from previous became reference.
